He earned his medical degree from Hacettepe University in 2003 and completed his pediatrics residency at the American University of Beirut Medical Center in 2007, followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology in 2009. After moving to the U.S., he completed a second residency as Chief Resident at Upstate Medical University in 2012. Dr. Bhar then pursued three fellowships at Baylor College of Medicine in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplantation, and Critical Care Medicine, completed between 2015 and 2018.
